3/4 cup Dill pickle slices
1/4 cup White onion
1 tbsp Prepared mustard
1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard

  1. Place pickle slices in a food processor; pulse until pickles resemble relish. You can decide how chunky or smooth you want it. Transfer relish into a bowl and set aside.
  2. Rinse and dry the food processor bowl. Add onion and pulse until it is the same size as relish. Stir onion and mustards into relish until well-blended.
